Sunderland have confirmed Bradford boss Phil Parkinson and former Bolton until 2022 as their new manager to get a deal.

Parkinson spent three decades in charge of Bolton, winning promotion.
He resigned as manager together with Wanderers bottom of this third tier after being traded 12 points.
